STEVEN D. DAVIS was born in Hartford, Connecticut on March 14, 1950.  He attended the University of the South at Sewanee, Tennessee from 1968 to 1970 and graduated from UCLA with a B.A. in Economics in 1974.  He went on to obtain a J.D. degree from Southwestern University School of Law in 1979.  He began his legal career at the District Attorney’s Office in Bakersfield, California where he practiced as a Deputy District Attorney until 1983 when he joined the law firm of Fonda & Garrard.  In 1985, he became a partner at Fonda Garrard Hilberman & Davis where he remained until 1997, when he co-founded his current firm, Garrard & Davis in Santa Monica.  Mr. Davis and the firm are AV Rated by Martindale Hubbell.  Mr. Davis is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) at the Advocate level.  He is admitted to practice law in the State of California, the United States District Court, and the United States Supreme Court.  He is a member of various legal associations including the State Bar of California, the American Bar Association,  and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.  In his free time, he enjoys time with his family, golf, deep sea fishing, and coaching youth soccer.

TRACY TALBOT DAVIS was born in Detroit, Michigan on May 10, 1963.  She attended UCLA from 1981-1983, Paul Valerie University in Montpellier, France from 1983-1984, and graduated from UCLA in 1985 with a B.A. in French Literature.  She went on to attend Southwestern University School of Law graduating with a J.D. in 1988.  She began her career as an attorney with Fonda & Garrard and later Fonda, Garrard, Hilberman & Davis, from 1989 to 1997.  She joined Garrard & Davis in 1997 where she is now a senior associate.  Ms. Davis is admitted to practice law in the State of California and all United States District Courts and enjoys a BV Rating from Martindale Hubbell.  She is a member of the State Bar of California, the American Bar Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. Her special interests  include spending time with her family, travel, skiing, and figure skating.

DIANE M. DALY was born on March 23, 1961, in Miami, Florida. She attended California State University, Northridge from which she graduated Cum Laude in 1986 with a B.A. in Political Science.  She was a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society.  She graduated from Loyola Law School in 1990 with a J.D. degree.  Ms. Daly is admitted to practice law in the State of California and all United States District Courts.  She was employed by O’Flaherty & Belgum as a law clerk from 1988-1990 and took a position with Veatch, Carlson, Grogan & Nelson from 1991-1992. Ms. Daly joined Fonda, Garrard, Hilberman & Davis in 1992 and then Garrard & Davis in 1997, where she is now a senior associate.  She is a member of the State Bar of California, the American Bar Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.  Her special interests include spending time with her family, travel, hiking, running, and softball.

REBECCA M. DETANNA was born on March 3, 1978, in New Haven, Connecticut.  She graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 2000 with a B.A. in Political Science.  She joined Garrard & Davis in as a legal assistant in 2001and became the office manager in 2005.

CHELSEY A. DAVIS was born on July 14, 1982, in Bakersfield, California.  She attended Boston University graduating Cum Laude in 2004 with a B.A. in Philosophy/Psychology.  She worked as a legal assistant at Mills & Onello in Boston from 2004-2005 and then at Irell & Manella upon her return to Los Angeles.  Ms. Davis joined Garrard & Davis as a legal assistant in 2006.
